A 21-year-old man has been charged at the Milimani Law Courts after police accused him of being in possession of cannabis at the Easy Coach stage in Nairobi.
Churchill Ouma Ouma was arrested on November 19, 2025, at around 5:00A.M and later presented in court on November 20.
According to the charge sheet, Ouma was allegedly found with 200 grams of cannabis sativa with a street value of Ksh 2,000.
Police noted that the narcotic was not for medicinal reasons, as allowed under the law.
Three officers; PC Martin Wafula, PC Denwillis Moenga and PC Lawrence Kipkoech, have been listed as witnesses in the case.
When he appeared before the court, Ouma was granted a cash bail of Ksh 30,000.
In the alternative, the court set bond at Ksh 100,000.
The case has been scheduled for pre-trial on December 28, 2025.
