The professional futures of three Swiss International Airlines flight attendants have hit turbulence due to an ill-advised “blonde moment” that could prove to be quite costly.
A video capturing their actions on the wing of an aircraft bound for Zurich has raised serious concerns.
In the footage, one of the female crew members can be seen striking poses on the wing while waving at a male colleague, who casually strolls through an open emergency exit to join her.
The male attendant proceeds to flex his muscles in bodybuilder-like poses beside her, before a third crew member joins the impromptu photoshoot. Meanwhile, two ground crew members also seize the opportunity to pose in front of the plane’s engine.
Although this light-hearted moment might have seemed innocuous, it has drawn sharp criticism from the airline. Swiss International Airlines expressed disappointment in the behavior of their employees.
Airline Vice President Martin Knuchel conveyed his anger and disappointment, highlighting the severity of the situation.
