Five foreigners were today fined Ksh.400,000 each and in default to serve a one year jail term by a court in Nairobi for the offence of engaging in business without being authorized by a work permit.
The five foreigners were arrested by a multi-agency team of DCI and Immigration Services at a Construction Company in Nairobi County.
The convicts will be repatriated after completion of their jail term or payment of fine.
