Susan Nakhumicha, the former Health Cabinet Secretary, has asked Arch Bishop Jackson Ole Sapit of the Anglican Church of Kenya to pray for her.
Speaking on Saturday, Nakhumicha stated that it has not been easy since she lost her position as Cabinet Secretary.
She went on to remark that because of the distinctiveness of her name, everyone she meets recognizes her as the lady from the Health Ministry.
The former CS, however, said that God has been good to him and that she is expecting good tides to come her way soon.
“Bishop pray for me. It’s not easy having been a minister then all of a sudden you are just Nakhumicha. And you know my name is unique, ukisema tu Nakhumicha watu wanaona ule mama wa Afya. Naomba uendelee kuniombea naona Mungu amenitia mema na pia natarajia mema.” pleaded Nakhumicha.
