Detectives are probing the murder of a 52-year-old businesswoman who was discovered dead in her bedroom on Saturday, November 16 in Twala Town, Oloosirkon Sub-County, Kajiado County.
Jennifer Saverio Kagwiria, who was discovered dead in her bedroom, was identified by authorities.
Police officers from Oloosirkon Police Station arrived on the scene and discovered the victim’s body in a pool of blood inside her bedroom.
According to police, she had multiple deep cuts to her head, right hand, mouth, chin, belly, and throat, indicating that she had been brutally attacked.
Elvis Nyangau, a man identified as a possible suspect, is believed to have been involved in the crime and is still at large.
Police are actively pursuing him, but his whereabouts remain unknown.
Police say significant piece of evidence missing in the case is the murder weapon, which has not yet been recovered.
According to police, Kagwiria’s phone numbers are currently off, and there is no communication from her known contacts.
