French President Emmanuel Macron and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer will co-chair a meeting of Ukraine’s “coalition of the willing” later on Tuesday, the French presidency said.
The announcement followed talks in Washington, where both leaders discussed ongoing support for Ukraine amid the conflict with Russia.
According to Macron’s Elysee office, participating countries will focus on developing security guarantees for Ukraine, aiming to strengthen international coordination and ensure Kyiv’s defense capabilities.
The meeting highlights continued Western efforts to support Ukraine and signals close collaboration between France, the United Kingdom, and other coalition members in addressing both military and diplomatic challenges in the region.
