Arsenal welcome Greek champions Olympiacos to the Emirates Stadium tonight in a UEFA Champions League league phase encounter, with kickoff set for 8 p.m. BST.
The Gunners enter the contest full of confidence after a 2-0 win over PSV Eindhoven in their opening group fixture and will look to extend an impressive record of being unbeaten in their last 10 Champions League home games. Manager Mikel Arteta will be buoyed by the return of key players William Saliba in defense and captain Martin Ødegaard in midfield, both expected to provide stability and creativity against tough opposition.
Olympiacos, meanwhile, travel to London in strong form, having remained unbeaten in the Greek Super League so far this season. The visitors also boast a respectable record on the European stage, particularly away from home. Much of their attacking threat will center on Moroccan forward Ayoub El Kaabi, who has been in prolific scoring form.
The clash promises a tactical battle, with Arsenal aiming to consolidate their position in the group and Olympiacos seeking to cause an upset on English soil. With both teams carrying unbeaten streaks into the match, the Emirates crowd can expect a high-intensity European night.
