The Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) has announced the release of the July 2025 Business and Technical Education examination results for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions.
In a notice issued on Monday, November 3, the council said the results are now available for collection at its headquarters — Mitihani House in South C, Nairobi — during official working hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays.
KNEC advised heads of institutions that registered candidates for the July examinations to personally collect the results, noting that only those that have cleared all outstanding examination fees will be served.
“We wish to inform all Heads of Institutions that offered candidates for the July 2025 Business and Technical examinations that the results are officially released and ready for collection,” the statement read in part.
Institutions with pending arrears have been directed to settle their balances before accessing the results.
The council also reminded school heads and candidates to review their results promptly and submit any concerns within 30 days of release.
All queries must be filed through the Quality Management Information System (QMIS) portal at qmis.knec.ac.ke/externalLogin.
After the December 3 deadline, any inquiries will attract a Sh5,000 penalty, and manual or walk-in submissions will not be accepted.
At the same time, KNEC announced that advance instructions for the November 2025 examination session are now available for collection.
The move is aimed at giving institutions adequate time to prepare teaching and assessment schedules ahead of the upcoming exams.
The latest release follows the October 21 announcement of results for teacher training and assessment examinations, as KNEC works to clear its annual release calendar before the end of the year.
