The Communication Authority of Kenya (CA), Kenya’s ICT industry regulator, has announced 22 job vacancies for qualified individuals across various technical, administrative, and operational departments.
In a notice on Tuesday, December 2, CA invited qualified and competent individuals to apply for the positions.
“The Authority is seeking to recruit a highly competent, proactive, and self-driven individual to fill the following positions,” read part of the notice.
The vacancies include: Director/Universal Service Fund, Director/Competition Management, Consumer Protection and Corporate Communications, Director/Finance and Accounts, Deputy Director, Expenditure and Treasury Management, Deputy Director, Consumer Protection and Empowerment, Deputy Director, Planning and Project Management and Principal Officer/Administration.
Others are Senior Officer Organisational Development, Senior Administration Officer/Security, Officer II/Frequency Planning and Licensing, Officer II/Frequency Monitoring and Compliance, Officer II/Standards and Numbering, Officer II/Cyber Investigations and Forensics, Administration Officer II/Property Management and Administration Officer II /Insurance.
The authority is also looking to fill the position of Officer II/Project Development, Officer II/Telecoms Inspection and Compliance, Legal Officer II/Governance and Regulatory Affairs, Legal Officer II/Litigation, Legal Officer II/Commercial Services, Officer II/Broadcasting Licensing and Office Assistant III.

The deadline for submitting the applications is December 22, 2025, at 5.00 P.M.
Only shortlisted candidates shall be contacted for interviews.
Further, CA said successful candidates will be required to submit a valid tax compliance certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), a certificate of clearance from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and a certificate of good conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).
The candidates will also be required to submit a duly filled and stamped clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and a clearance certificate from an approved Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
