Bungoma West detectives are holding a form two suspect of Arson who was captured on cctv torching one of the dormitories at Friends School Namwela Boys High School.
According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations, the retrieved footages revealed how the 18-year-old student sprinkled a substance, suspected petrol at one corner of the dormitory.
He then made his way out through a window before after dropping what the sleuths identified as a lighter.
The fire which spread fast throughout the dormitory flamed up leaving nothing to salvage.
Luckily, none of the students was injured in the 8pm incident.
