Kenyans have been asked for their opinions on the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (Amendment) Bill by the Select Committee on National Government Constituencies Development Fund (National Assembly Bill No. 4 of 2021).
The National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) Act, 2015 is being amended by this bill.
” Pursuant to the provisions of Article 118(1)(b) of the Constitution and Standing Order 127(3), the Committee invites interested members of the public to submit any representations they may have on the said bill.” National Assembly Clerk Michael Sialai stated.
It has received first reading and has been referred to the Select Committee on National Government Constituencies Development Fund for examination and a report to the House, as per Standing Order 127(1) of the National Assembly.
