Waita is a lawyer and Corporate titan who was fished from Safaricom to head the Presidential Delivery Unit (PDU), and deputy the head of the civil service in 2015.
He was instrumental in the privatisation of Safaricom, spearheaded the clean of Athi River and the establishment of the Nairobi Metropolitan Services(NMS).
Waita comes from Kalama Sub County, Kyangala village.
But the Waita’s have a home in Mwanyani, Machakos County where his late dad and first African Caltex Oil CEO Raphael Waita is buried.

Mwangangi has been a commissioner of the Judicial Service Commission.
She hails from Kathiani Constituency but has settled at Kinanie, Athi River.
She is the mother of the high flying Health CAS Mwangangi.
The family runs a hotel business at Mlolongo.
Engineer Maliti – Dr. Mutua’s deputy.
He comes from Masinga County. He is hoping that his boss will support him. But Mutua is bust with his political and personal issues to care about Maliti.

The Queen of Machakos Politics. Former Kathiani MP. Uhuru’s transport CAS. Wiper leader confidant. She is the person to beat.
Patrick Makau
Mavoko MP. Wiper mobiliser. Rouble rouser. Last Mayor of Mavoko. Kalonzo political dipstick. Akin to a Wiper youth winger.
