Machakos Governor-Aspirant Nzioka Waita has vowed to enhance service delivery to all corners of the county.
During his second day of the ‘Talk to Me’ engagement tour, the former State House Chief of Staff promised a solution to critical issues such as water scarcity in the county.
“I will ensure proper policies to make sure Masinga water is managed from Machakos and not from Kitui. Our residents deserve the benefits of the devolution which includes proper distribution of water resources.”
On land issues, Nzioka Waita promised residents that he will lias with the national government to make sure Machakos land owners secure title deeds.
Nzioka, who stepped up his campaigning in Masinga constituency, also assured residents that he will move quickly to resolve the long-standing conflict over Kivaa KenGen land, which pits locals against the State parastatal.Â
He also promised to work with the county government and the corporate sector to secure job possibilities for many unemployed young people.
