Burial For Sankok’s Son Cancelled, DCI Orders Fresh Autopsy

The body of Memusi Sankok, the deceased son of Nominated MP David Sankok, will be reexamined to determine what caused the 15-year-old’s death.

Memusi was killed by a bullet that entered through his chin and exited at the top of his head, according to an autopsy performed on Tuesday, May 3.

However, police investigating the tragic incident have expressed doubts, ordering a new autopsy on his body to determine whether the minor committed suicide or was involved in the incident on May 2.

The family has been forced to cancel burial plans for Tuesday, May 10 due to the latest developments surrounding the child’s death.

“As a committee, we’ve decided that the Tuesday burial will be rescheduled due to some family members’ travel plans.” On Monday, we will make a comprehensive statement,” Narok East MP Ken Aramat said.

Detectives have been questioning family members and staff at the legislator’s home in Narok in an attempt to piece together Memusi Sankok’s final moments.

He was said to have argued with his father about going back to school.
