During the opening prayers at the Women Charter Conference on Friday at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi, a preacher mistakenly referred to Kenya Kwanza as Kenya Kwisha.
Following the slip of the phrase, Pastor Wairimu quickly rectified herself and went on to bless DP William Ruto and his running mate Rigathi Gachagua, who had attended the occasion.
Kwisha is a Swahili word that means ‘finished’ or ‘the end’.
This is in contrast with what Kenya Kwanza is aiming at in regards to the August polls.
