On Monday evening, a fire broke out at Platinum Packaging Company Ltd in Mlolongo, Machakos County.
According to witnesses, the fire began around 5:00 p.m.
Members of the public have flocked to the area, despite police efforts to keep them away from the scene.
Since then, the fire department has been battling the blaze in vain, with several water boozers moving in and out of the scene.
The cause of the fire is still unknown. Millions worth of property has been destroyed.
