The construction of Kenya’s largest contact center, which will employ thousands of young people, has officially begun at Tatu City.
The 4000-seat facility is scheduled to open at the end of next year and will enable business process outsourcing for the entire customer lifecycle, including traditional voice and digital contacts.
CCI Global, Africa’s largest international contact center operator, has broken ground on Eneo at Tatu Central, the ultra-modern contact center in Tatu City.
Gateway Real Estate Africa (GREA) is behind the project, which also includes plans for a second office tower and a retail center in Tatu City.
Since entering the Kenyan market in 2016, CCI has grown rapidly, specializing in the operation of outbound, inbound, and webchat multi-channel contact centers for leading international brands, primarily in the mobile, technology, telecommunications, and financial industries.
“We are excited to build CCI’s home at Tatu City, in a business-friendly environment that focuses on the welfare of our employees,” said Mark Chana, CCI’s Chief Operating Officer.
CCI’s contact center will offer business process outsourcing, or BPO, that will support the entire customer lifecycle in both traditional voice interactions and digital interactions.
The five-story Grade A office building with two levels of underground parking will anchor Tatu Central, Tatu City’s business district.
