Caroline Kariuki, Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Private Sector Alliance-KEPSA is the new Chairperson of the Vision 2030 Delivery Board.
Jane Karuku, the current chairperson and managing director of the East African Breweries Limited-EABL, will be succeeded by Ms. Kariuki.
Ms. Kariuki has been lauded for transforming KEPSA into one of the most powerful organizations in Kenya and around the world from a little-known business organization.
KEPSA is the leading organization in Kenya’s private sector, inspiring it through public-private dialogue and influencing the country’s economic and development priorities.
Other appointments made by President Uhuru Kenyatta include the appointment of Wanjiku Kabira as chairperson of the Women Enterprise Fund Advisory Board and Alphonse Kioko as board chair of the Tourism Fund Board.
