Erick Kidudi, 22, of Sijui Village, Likuyani Sub-County, was arraigned in Court and charged with defiling a minor in violation of the law.
The ODPP, represented by Carolyne Chege and Jamlick Muriithi, informed the Court that Kidudi pushed the minor, who was 11 years old at the time, into a bush on her way to the shop.
According to the ODPP, the accused was well known to the minor, so the child could make a mistake during the identification process.
