Israel President Isaac Herzog has congratulated President-Elect William Ruto for his win in the just-concluded General Election.
The Head of State also invited William Ruto for an official visit to Jerusalem.
On his part, Ruto thanked the president and said he looked forward to work with him.
“We look forward to growing our relationship with the people of Israel and working together on key areas such as universal healthcare, agriculture and water provision. We appreciate Israel’s support in these fields” he tweeted.
