Activist Julius Kamau was ejected from Milimani Law Courts on Tuesday morning, where he was protesting before the start of the pretrial conference.
He had taken off his shirt and sweater, claiming to be seeking justice. Security officers dragged the bare-chested man away from the building.
“I want justice for all Kenyans; I’m willing to die for justice for all Kenyans,” he was overheard saying.
It was not clear how he accessed the highly guarded court premises unidentified and without any identification badge.
This is not Kamau’s first time pulling such stunts. On August 8, he was apprehended in Kenya’s Bomas, where the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) was holding its National Tallying Center
