Sirisia MP John Waluke will serve a 67-year prison sentence after the High court revoked his appeal.
Honourable John Waluke, the embattled Sirisia Constituency member of Parliament, will now serve a 67-year prison sentence after the High Court dismissed his appeal seeking to overturn the initial ruling.
According to Esther Maina, the High Court Judge who presided over the case, the sentence was not excessive and the charges were proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
John Waluke is currently serving his second term in office, following his re-election in the August 2022 general elections as a member of the Jubilee party.
