Former Kibwezi MP Patrick Musimba has filed a petition challenging Makueni Gubernatorial election results.
Mutula Kilonzo Jnr won the August elections to become the second county boss.
He was contesting on a Wiper ticket, whereby he garnered 214,088 votes while his closest rival Musimba, got 63,252 votes.
IEBC has also been named as a respondent, alongside the Makueni county returning officer.
