President William Ruto did not attend the funeral of former Education Cabinet Secretary Prof. George Magoha.
The Head of State, who had been expected to attend the ceremony, did not show up for the burial in Siaya County, which was attended by former President Uhuru Kenyatta and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga, among other dignitaries.
ICT Cabinet Secretary Eliud Owalo will read President Ruto’s message.
