Former Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has resurfaced after missing from the public since leaving office, claiming he was away for health reasons.
He stated that he was on medication after undergoing surgery.
However, Joho expressed disappointment with the current political situation, claiming that the high cost of living is the result of poor governance.
He stated that he will soon be back on the streets to support the opposition’s push for a lower cost of living.
“I support politics and am dissapointed to see here in Coast leaders are not ready to push government to lower the cost of living. Soon you will see me on the streets since I support Azimio la Umoja ideology,” Joho said.
