A school captain from a prominent School in Kitui County has been charged with sodomising a 14-year-old colleague.
A fellow student accused the schoolboy of sodomising him on multiple occasions within the mission school compound.
The boy appeared before Justice Justine Asiago, where he denied the charges and was given a Ksh.200,000 bond and a Ksh.200,000 surety.
The case was scheduled to be heard on June 29, 2023.
