A Fokker 50 plane belonging to Silverstone Air has crash-landed shortly after takeoff.
The plane which was headed to Lamu is alleged to have developed a technical hitch while attempting to take off at the Wilson Aerodrome.
All passengers aboard the plane were rescued with some sustaining minor injuries.
Police officers stationed at the airport are investigating the crash.
