Missing Digital strategist allied to UDA, Dennis Itumbi was found in hospital with injuries resulting from an alleged beating.
According to Itumbi’s brother, David Itumbi, he had been found dumped at Lucky Summer by a good samaritan.
“My brother has been badly beaten. We thank God that he is alive. On his own account he was arrested by police and beaten and tortured. This is the state we fiund him in. Please pray for his recovery,” wrote David.
Itumbi was alleged to have been kidnapped from a barbershop on Thursday afternoon.
However, upon reports that Itumbi was held at the Parklands police station, leaders allied to UDA stormed the station.
However, the strategist was nowhere to be seen.
Leaders including Elgeyo Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen condemned the incident.
