Aden Duale has called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to appoint Secretary to Cabinet to avoid a constitutional lacuna
Adan Duale, the former Majority leader says failure to appoint a CS in charge of cabinet is a recipe for confusion during hand over of power.
Duale said the holder of the office chairs the Assimption of Office Committee as spelt out in the constitution.
Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia was the first and last holder of the office.
Monica Juma was nominated to the position but was rejected by Parliament
Uhuru is currently out of the country. He is yet to replace 3 CS and his chief of Staff who resigned to contest political posts

The President and DP William Ruto are currently embroiled in a bitter siccesion feud. Duale supports the DP.
