Two persons have been killed by suspected Al Shabaab terrorists in Taa village, Lamu County.
Several buildings were set on fire during the Monday morning raid on Taa village, which is located between Katsakairu and Lango la Simba village.
Officers of the Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) and militants exchanged heavy gunfire.
The burnt residence belongs to a National Police Reservist who was not at home at the 1 a.m. attack.
