Officials have confirmed that all 116 people injured in a New Year’s Eve bar fire in the Swiss ski resort of Crans-Montana have now been identified.
The blaze claimed 40 lives, with victims ranging in age from 14 to 39.
While the deceased had previously been identified, authorities had continued working to determine the identities of the injured, some of whom remain in critical condition.

Swiss police stated on Monday that 83 people are still hospitalized. The injured represent at least 12 different nationalities.
Many of the victims suffered severe burns, which in some cases complicated or delayed their identification, police added.
