Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti reveals he prepared for the Champions League Final against Liverpool in the most Ancelotti way possible. ‘I had a siesta.’
It kicks off at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT) at the Stade de France.

He is an old hand at this sort of evening, having won three Finals at Milan and Real Madrid, losing only once in 2005 to Liverpool in Istanbul.
Famously the most chilled man in Calcio, Ancelotti inevitably lets that attitude wash over his squad too.
“I am very happy to be here and that’s it, really. I think we prepared well, it’s all gone well so far, we are ready to react to the difficulties that will be presented,” Ancelotti told Sky Sport Italia.
“The squad was very calm, we are accustomed to this sort of pressure. The veterans are relaxed, we had a siesta in the afternoon.”
Among the choices made, Real Madrid left Rodrygo on the bench initially, with Federico Valverde completing the trident attack.
“I expect an intense match, we need to be ready. Valverde can play in a few different positions, while Rodrygo will certainly come off the bench and participate, he will have an impact on the match.”
