Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa relieved after the ballistic report of the gunshot that caused in the death of Ngumbao Jola in October 2019 in Ganda Ward, exhempted her from the killing.
According to the claim, Jumwa did not shoot and kill the ODM supporter at the Ganda Ward by-election, which was marred by turmoil on October 29, 2019.
It happened when Jumwa disrupted an ODM-organized political meeting, shooting Gumbao, who was 48 years old at the time.
Geoffrey Otieno Okuto, her security, was named in the report as a suspect in the shooting.
