Media personality Betty Kyallo has announced that she is expecting a child with her boyfriend, Charlie.
In a post shared on December 19, Betty revealed the news with a brief message celebrating the milestone.
“We’ve been cooking something oh, so sweet God Is the Greatest,” she said.
Kyallo announced while sharing a series of maternity photos captured in a professional shoot. In the images, she is dressed in a flowing metallic purple skirt paired with a lilac cropped top, which cradles her baby bump. She poses confidently with both hands on her belly.
Her boyfriend Charlie also appears in some of the photos, standing beside her and gently holding her baby bump. He is dressed in a white blazer with black detailing, black trousers and white sneakers.

Thousands of Kenyans took to the comment section to congratulate the couple and wish them well as they prepare to welcome their child.
The two have been in a relationship for close to two years, a romance that has often drawn age-related criticism online, with some netizens labelling Charlie as Betty Kyallo’s “Ben 10” due to their age difference.
The pregnancy announcement comes after Kyallo, in June this year, penned a heartfelt birthday message to Charlie.
She offered a rare glimpse into their private life and addressed the age-gap conversation head-on. In the Instagram post, the TV 47 journalist celebrated their nearly two-year relationship, praising his support and affection.
“It’s my Man’s birthday today. I want to first thank God for you @charliemny. You’ve been a great beautiful blessing to me for almost 2 years now. You’re a wonderful man. A partner who’s ever so loving and helpful,” she wrote.
Her message blended affection with playful banter, as she teased Charlie about his love for football, his “gangsta accent,” and his tendency to laugh hysterically when she mispronounces names. She also joked about him poking fun at her “crooked smile” following an accident.
Kyallo also referenced their age difference light-heartedly, saying Charlie uses it as motivation to keep her active.
“When you’re lazy you tell me I need to exercise my muscles otherwise zitashikana because obviously… age difference,” she wrote.
The former KTN journalist concluded the message by expressing her hopes for him, jokingly wishing for his football team’s success, financial stability, marriage and even children, before scaling it back with humor.
Despite the public scrutiny, the couple has remained open about their affection, frequently sharing photos and sweet messages online.
