Britam Life Assurance Sensitisation Programme Continues Into Second Week

These outreach sessions allow officers in different parts of the country to receive first-hand information, ask questions, and gain clarity on the insurance services available to them.

The nationwide sensitisation programme for the National Police Service (NPS) and Kenya Prisons Service (KPS) insurance scheme, in partnership with Britam Life Assurance, is well into its second week.

Through these sessions, officers are guided on how the scheme works, the range of benefits available, and the procedures for accessing various services.

Today, March 11, 2026, sensitisation teams visited several regions across the country, including the Border Patrol Unit (BPU) in Kanyonyoo, and Nakuru, Kwale, and Isiolo Counties.

These outreach sessions allow officers in different parts of the country to receive first-hand information, ask questions, and gain clarity on the insurance services available to them.

To further improve accessibility and convenience, Britam has a secure Customer Portal that enables members to view and manage their insurance information online.

The portal provides users with a comprehensive overview of all benefits available under the scheme, as well as details of any additional individual products they may hold with Britam.

This digital platform allows officers to access essential information quickly and easily, ensuring that important policy details are always available at their fingertips.

In addition, members can conveniently access the same services by downloading the My Britam App, which is available on the Google Play Store and Apple Store.

The mobile application provides a user-friendly interface that allows officers to review benefits, manage policies, and stay informed about their insurance coverage anytime and from anywhere.
