CCTV footage has detailed the final movements of a man who died after falling from a 14th-floor apartment in Kilimani.

According to the surveillance recordings, Festus Oromo arrives at room B1406 on the 14th floor on Friday, November 28, at 4:07 PM.

Twelve minutes later, at exactly 4:19 PM, a man believed to be a delivery rider, dressed in black and with his face obscured by a scarf, approaches the door, hands over a package to Festus, and leaves immediately.

Further activity is captured at 1:06 AM when a man identified as Patrick, currently detained at Kilimani Police Station, is seen stepping out of the same apartment.

He remains outside for one minute before re-entering.

Seven minutes later, at 1:13 AM, Patrick emerges again, this time accompanied by Festus, who is seen holding Patrick by the shoulders while Patrick carries a drink in his right hand.

Festus briefly enters the apartment before returning to the doorway, where he speaks with Patrick before leaving together.

At 1:15 AM, Festus returns alone, knocks on the door of B1406, and walks toward the lift area before returning one minute later.

At 1:16 AM, he enters the apartment, where a visible scaffold between Festus and a woman now identified as Lilian Beki ensues.

The door closes as the confrontation continues inside.

At exactly 1:57 AM, 41 minutes later, security cameras capture the moment Festus’s lifeless body lands on the roof of a white vehicle parked on the ground floor.

Night guards confirm he was unresponsive, a situation later confirmed by detectives who arrived at the scene.

Authorities have since detained suspects, including Patrick and Lilian, who will remain in custody for 14 days as investigators pursue leads and conduct forensic analysis.
