Arsenal Hold PSG to 1-1 Draw in Dramatic Champions League Final, Extra Time continues

Arsenal battled to a dramatic 1-1 draw against Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) at the end of regulation time in the UEFA Champions League final, forcing the match into extra time after an intense contest at the Puskás Aréna.

The Gunners made a dream start after Kai Havertz found the back of the net in the 5th minute, giving Arsenal an early advantage and putting PSG under pressure in front of a global audience.

PSG, however, fought back in the second half and restored parity through Ousmane Dembélé, who converted from the penalty spot in the 64th minute to level the score at 1-1.

Despite chances at both ends, neither side managed to find a winner during normal time as the final remained delicately poised after 90 minutes.

The result sets up a tense extra-time battle, with both European giants chasing Champions League glory in what has turned into a fiercely contested showdown.

PSG are seeking to finally capture Europe’s biggest club prize, while Arsenal are hoping to lift the prestigious trophy and cap off a memorable campaign.
