According to reports from Spanish News Outlet, AS, Hazard’s entourage has reached out to Thomas Tuchel’s side about a possible return of the Belgian international to Stamford Bridge.
Real Madrid is also said to be open to sanctioning the transfer in a £51million deal.
Leaving the Blues for the La Liga giants back in the summer of 2019 in a record deal, Eden Hazard has struggled to adapt at the Santiago Bernabeu.
