On Monday, Koome was speaking during a meeting with the Judiciary lead team.
This comes a few days after the Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has already begun delivering election materials to county offices.
Wafula Chebukati, the commission’s chairman, stated last week that they may be forced to suspend elections in areas with pending election cases.
The Commission has already begun printing ballot papers, with the first batch arriving in the country four days ago on Thursday, July 7th.
Former Nairobi Governor and Mombasa County Gubernatorial candidate Mike Mbuvi Sonko, as well as Nairobi Gubernatorial candidate Johnson Sakaja, are among the high-profile cases that have yet to be resolved by the courts.
Kenyans will go to the polls in 28 days, on Tuesday, August 9th.
