Climax Coach Employee In Court Over Theft Of Sh4.6 Million

A middle-aged man in Court for stealing millions of money from Climax Coaches Bus Company located in Nairobi.

Ibrahim Shira Kimani, an employee of Climax Coaches Bus Company found himself on the wrong side of the law after being accused of stealing money in his official capacity as an employee from the said company.

According to the charge sheet, the accused person on diverse dates between November 1 and December 26, 2022 at Machakos County Bus stage within Nairobi, being a servant of Climax Coaches Bus Company stole Ksh 4,616,735.

Appearing before Chief Magistrate Susan Shitubi at Milimani Law Courts, the accused denied the charges and was released on Ksh 1 million bond with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 500,000.

The case will be mentioned on August 10, for pre-trial.
