Comedian Joe Luna has died just days after he began documenting his battle with covid-19 .the 38 year old passed away on 23rd November after opening up about the virus on social media . The comedian was a double amputee and suffered from diabetes he has performed in so many states. He shared several messages detailing what he was going through days before he passed on.
“wow if it’s not one thing it’s another ,dealing with chest pains ,pneumonia ,it’s pretty intense I need all the prayers please Lord give me the strength to fight . “ he wrote
He also confirmed that he didn’t get the virus while he was performing but picked it up from a close contact he also shared a warning about the dangers of this virus after he contracted the virus.
“I am going to show you guys my journey through the good and bad times because it’s all about showing my people out there if you think covid is a joke if you think this won’t be you then think twice ,it hits everyone differently .
The comedian was reportedly admitted to a hospital after his condition started worsening .although no official cause of death has been confirmed joe revealed that he contracted both pneumonia and covid days before his death
His family has confirmed that a memorial will be held for the late comedian in the coming days .they have also set up a GoFundMe page to collect donations that will be used for his funeral.
