Kenyan comedian Kimani Ndegwa, popularly known as Njugush, has revealed that he and his longtime partner Celestine are no longer together, confirming they quietly separated last year.

In his statement on Tuesday 21st of April, Njugush said the decision to part ways was reached after careful consideration and grounded in mutual respect.
“Last year, we made the decision to part ways after much thought and with mutual respect,” he stated.
Despite the split, the comedian emphasised that their focus remains firmly on their family and co-parenting.
He noted that they have continued to co-parent and maintain a supportive relationship for the sake of their children.
Njugush did not disclose the reasons behind the separation, instead urging the public to respect their privacy as they adjust to the new phase of their lives.
“We have been co-parenting and our children remain our top priority. We continue to support one another and kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we navigate this next chapter,” he added.
