The Director HKR Enterprise Limited was today charged with allegedly stealing over Ksh 100 million from the said company.
Ramesh Jadva Varsani is accused of stealing Ksh 106, 689, 960 from HKR Enterprise Company on diverse dates between January and December 2022.
The said money is believed to have come to his possession by virtue of his employment as the director of HKR Enterprise.
However, he may be forced to spend his weekend in custody after pleading not guilty before Magistrate Ndombi at Milimani Law Courts should he fail to pay the heavy bond terms set by the Court.
He was released on Ksh 10 million with an alternative cash bail of Ksh 5 million.
