The distribution of electoral material by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) ahead of the Tuesday, August 9 General Election, is in top gear.
However, during the process, the ballot papers belonging to Kirinyaga County were misplaced.
The papers, as confirmed by Kakamega County returning officer Joseph Ayatta, were later found in Mumias East sub-county.
