A police officer from Murang’a County’s Muthithi Police Station has been arrested on suspicion of defiling a minor.
Letingis Lentirangoi, is suspected of defiling the girl who had been placed in police custody, according to a police complaint.
According to the reports, the juvenile, who is 15 years old, was held at Muthithi Police Station after appearing in Kigumo Law Courts on December 31, 2021, and while in detention, a police officer on duty at the report office forced himself on her.
The youngster then went to the OCS, who ordered that she be brought to the hospital for treatment and that a doctor sign out a P3 document.
