Aisha Jumwa, Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Gender, is due to know the fate of her murder case on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
This is after requesting that the accusations against her be dropped.
The matter is set to be heard before the Mombasa Law Courts, where the Directorate of Public Prosecutions is anticipated to state its position on Jumwa’s request to have the accusations against her dropped.
Jumwa petitioned DPP Noordin Haji to withdraw the murder charges earlier this month, claiming that the evidence given in court did not satisfy the standard required to hold the case.
