Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested a suspected drug dealer along Eastern bypass.
According to DCI, Solomon Mutuma Mutiiria has been detained at a Nairobi police station and recovery of Canabis Sativa with a street value of Sh 600,000 was made.
“Following intelligence leads, the Anti-Narcotics detectives intercepted Mutiiria who was heading to Kiaruguru area within Ruiru Sub County and upon search of his vehicle managed to recover the said narcotics,” the DCI said.
The DCI added that the herb that was concealed in a gunny bag in four bales and a motor vehicle Reg. No. KCR 411F have been detained as exhibits pending arraignment of the malefactor.
