DCI Confirms Possible Forgery Of The Late Billionaire Cohen’s Will

The DCI proceeded to shift blame to Mr Noordin Haji's office for protecting Advocate Philip Murgor representing Sarah Wairimu.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), George Kinoti, has confirmed Cohen’s family’s claims of possible forgery of the Will and expressed frustration with the decision by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions to allegedly shield Wairumu’s lawyer Philip Murgor from being questionedover the matter.

The DCI proceeded to shift blame to Mr Noordin Haji’s office for protecting Advocate Philip Murgor representing Sarah Wairimu.

“He was supposed to appear before investigators to be interviewed and record a statement in regard to a Will that is suspected to be a forgery, the action of the police was well within the law,” DCI said to Noordin Haji in a letter produced during court session.

The DCI insists that the issue of the said WILL, unless forensically determined genuine or forged, will not only jeopardize but may even collapse the murder case in which the Widow (Sarah Wairimu) of the late Tob Cohen is charged.

In the protest letter, the DCI accuses the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) of interfering with investigations by allowing his office to play into the hands of the defense in order to collapse the murder case.

At the same time, Cohen’s sister (Gabrielle Hannah Van Straten) filed a petition to remove the DPP from office for sabotaging her late brother’s search for justice.
