Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu presided over the swearing-in ceremony of Lady Justice Cecilia Githua as a Member of the Tribunal appointed to inquire into the conduct of Environment and Land Court Judge Mohammed Noor Kullow.
Justice Githua replaces Judge Antony Mrima who was appointed to the JSC. Emmanuel Bitta also took Oath of Office as the Lead Counsel.
He replaces Hon Dorcas Oduor who was appointed AG. Ms Caroline Jerono Kibiwott was sworn in as Assisting Counsel.
