Residents of Nandi Hills reported seeing the 14-year-old Chebarus Primary School student enter a lodging facility on Thursday, October 20 under unclear circumstances.
They reported the bizarre act to the Kelbui sub-Location Chief who in turn informed the authorities at the Nandi Hills Police Station for an action.
“Police officers from this end rushed and found the two in a room where it was established that the man was a primary deputy teacher at Nandi Hill Primary School namely Felix Murgor aged 41 yrs and a primary pupil of Chebarus primary,” Nandi Hills sub-County Police Commander Francis Omulo said.
Nandi Hills sub-County Police Commander Francis Omulo confirmed the incident, saying that both the student and the teacher were arrested and taken to Nandi Hills Police Station for medical examination.
